TL:DR, I got a polite email from somebody that said they had inadvetantly managed to dox my via the information that paypal displays when making a payment (in this case I had a donation button).
A quick google search said the only way around this, aside from fake accounts, was using patreon as you can accept payments/donations via it without having to put any emails/bank details on display.
I have recieved a few donations in the past and I plan to tribute them in upcomming day 8 as a show of thanks. Wanted to keep that option open for future people without getting doxed. I like free money as much as the next person.
